Atlas Operations: Initial Set Up of your Atlas account

1. Accessing your Atlas Account

  1. Click here: **Atlas Password Reset Link**
  2. Enter your email and reset your password
  3. Now that you have reset your password, you can login with your new password here: https://app.atlasrms.com/login/
  4. We recommend bookmarking the above link in your browser to avoid having to log in each time

2. Adding Atlas as an “app” to your mobile devices

Apple iOS *you must use Safari Web Browser - go to: app.atlasrms.com and log in:

Android *you must use Chrome Web Browser - go to app.atlasrms.com and log in


3. Customize your Atlas settings

  1. Review and customize your personal account settings by navigating to the Settings section. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the headings pictured below that you can customize:

You can choose which email reminders and reports you would like to receive by toggling the button beside the report on/off.

You can select at what time you would like to receive the email reminders and reports as well.

*Important notes about times:

Forecast Deadline: Set the Forecast Deadline so it allows you enough time to make the necessary schedule adjustments. Forecast is only adjustable up until the Forecast deadline time.

Daily Report: ensure that the time set for the daily report takes into account when all clock hours will be approved by. For example: if you approve clock outs the next day at 10am, set your daily report to be sent at 11am so the labor portion is 100% accurate.


4. Adding additional users

To add additional Users to your Atlas account follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings → Users and click the blue “Add new user” button on the bottom right of the page.
  2. Enter the required information and review the Permissions for that user
  3. Once you have created the user, share this Account Set Up link with them:
  4. Admins, you can set user permissions by following these steps:
    1. Click on Users.
    2. Select Edit next to the user you want to modify.
    3. Deselect any permissions that you do not want the user to have.
    4. Click Save to apply the changes.
